General
Lyndall Platt Beauty provides professional beauty and skincare services and associated retail products. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms are designed to protect both the client and the business and ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
2. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments can be booked online, via the Timely booking system or in person.
A deposit of 25% will be required to secure appointments.
Clients will receive confirmation and reminder messages 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment. Late arrival may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booked service.
“No-shows” (failure to attend without notice) will incur a full service fee and may affect future booking privileges.
Cancellation fees are charged to the credit card or payment method provided at the time of booking.
4. Payments, Afterpay & Ezydebit
Lyndall Platt Beauty accepts various forms of payment including EFTPOS, credit/debit card, cash, gift vouchers, and Ezydebit.
By providing your payment details, you authorise Lyndall Platt Beauty to process payments for services rendered and any applicable fees (example: cancellation fees) in accordance with this agreement.
For clients on Ezydebit payment arrangements, payment schedules and amounts will be clearly communicated prior to commencement. All payments are subject to Ezydebit’s terms in addition to these salon terms.
5. Packages, Memberships & Prepaid Treatments
Packages, prepaid treatments, and memberships are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Appointments must be used within the validity period.
Packages and memberships may not be transferred to another person without written approval.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
7. Skincare & Product Sales
All skincare and retail products are sold in good faith.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless the product is faulty.
Please choose carefully and consult our team for guidance prior to purchase.
8. Medical Conditions & Client Responsibility
Clients are required to inform their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or changes in health status prior to treatment.
Lyndall Platt Beauty will not be liable for any adverse reactions that occur due to withheld or incorrect information.
Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or during pregnancy; alternate options will be discussed if required.
9. Liability
While all care is taken to provide safe and professional services, Lyndall Platt Beauty is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from treatments, use of products, or failure to follow aftercare instructions provided.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for booking management, treatment records, product recommendations, and marketing communications (where consent is given). We do not share or sell your personal data.
11. Amendments
Lyndall Platt Beauty reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or via our website.
By making a booking or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
